My Story:
I am sensitive to dairy, gluten, and refined sugars. It was hard for me to find already prepared foods in the grocery store. I decided to overhaul my dietary habits by eliminating gluten, dairy, and refined sugars. This made a big impact on my weight which was both profound and unexpected. Removing gluten, found in wheat and other grains, not only alleviated digestive discomfort but also led to a noticeable reduction in bloating and water retention. In the absence of traditional wheat-based products, I discovered an array of gluten-free alternatives that not only satisfied my cravings but also contributed to a more balanced and nutrient-dense diet. This shift laid the foundation for sustained weight loss, and I have a lot more energy!
