We are expanding into the corporate wellness space with powerful programs that integrate subconscious therapy, stress reduction, mindset coaching, and holistic health to improve employee wellness, retention, and productivity.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and wellness-minded Sales Associate to sell corporate wellness packages to HR departments, business leaders, wellness directors, and organizational decision-makers.

This is a commission-only remote position, ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, understands the value of workplace well-being, and is excited to represent a unique, impactful service in the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect & Qualify Leads
  Identify businesses, organizations, and networks interested in employee wellness and holistic solutions.

• Develop Authentic Business Relationships
  Reach out via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events to connect with HR reps, executives, or wellness coordinators.

• Promote Corporate Wellness Packages
  Present the benefits of Subconscious Therapy Works’ offerings, including:

  • Group hypnosis for stress, sleep, and focus

  • Emotional wellness and mindset training

  • Iridology and holistic health assessments

  • Custom wellness programs and year-round packages

• Close Contracts & Track Progress
  Manage the full sales process—educating prospects, presenting tailored offers, and finalizing agreements.

• Follow Up & Maintain Client Relationships
  Check in regularly to encourage renewals, expand service offerings, and support referrals.

Commission Structure (Tiered by Contract Value)

We offer a generous, tiered commission based on contract size:

• $5,000 – $9,999: 25% commission

• $10,000 – $24,999: 25% commission

• $25,000 – $49,999: 30% commission

• $50,000+: 35% commission

Examples:

• Close a $10,000 contract → Earn $2,500

• Close a $25,000 contract → Earn $7,500

• Close a $50,000+ package → Earn $17,500 or more

There is no income ceiling. The more value you create, the more you earn.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator and relationship-builder

• Passionate about holistic health, mental wellness, and personal growth

• Comfortable with outreach and lead generation

• Previous B2B or corporate sales experience is a plus

• Confident presenting to HR teams and business leaders

• Self-motivated and organized, with a professional and purpose-driven presence
