How It Works

  1. Sign-up: When you sign-up for the program you will be sent a link for a scheduled workout. Monday August 12th is the first workout date.
  2. Exercise Routines: The exercise routine starts out slow mainly with stretching and hypnosis (getting your mind and body ready)
  3. Integrated Approach: Combining both elements helps reinforce positive habits and break negative cycles.
  4. In the comfort of your own home, you will workout with me live for 1 hour. You can select morning or evening 5 days a week.
  5. After the workout you will receive a PDF copy of healthy food choices for you to start eating healthy.
  6. Hypnocise is a monthly membership, you will be charged $19.99 each month
