Our Grief Support Group offers a safe, nurturing space for individuals navigating the painful journey of loss. Whether you’re grieving the passing of a loved one, a pet, a relationship, or a version of yourself, you don’t have to walk this path alone.
Held virtually twice a week, this group is designed to provide emotional support, shared understanding, and tools for healing—all from the comfort of your home.
🗓️ Meeting Schedule
We meet two days a week via Zoom:
Each session is guided by a compassionate facilitator and includes:
Group check-ins and open sharing
Gentle grief healing techniques (such as mindfulness or breathwork)
Supportive conversation in a judgment-free space
Optional journaling or reflection prompts
Whether you choose to speak or simply listen, your presence matters.
💻 How to Join
Each group session is $12.00. The group lasts about an hour. Click on the link below to select which day you would like to attend, make your payment and you will be sent 3 short forms to fill out via email. Once registered, you’ll receive a secure Zoom link via email with instructions on how to join. No experience is needed—just bring yourself, your story, and an open heart.
